The PolyTrak athletic track surfaces meet all demands of local and international standards, including IAAF. The benefits to the athlete of a PolyTrak surface is that it has excellent shock absorbency, optimum force reduction, premium slip resistance and a uniform seamless appearance that will minimise the risk of injury. The product provides excellent dimensional stability, tensile strength and adhesion to the substrate, a combination that ensures long lasting performance and durability.

 

PolyTrak has been formulated for running tracks and other sporting surfaces that require a tough and durable surface. A PolyTrak surface has excellent shock absorbency for high impact areas that require a level of shock absorption.

 

 

POLYTRAK® Sandwich system provides good force reduction and is constructed on a prefabricated sports roll underlay, the base layer is sealed with a combination of micronized rubber and polyurethane, with a final topping of coloured EPDM granules broadcast onto a flood coat of polyurethane compound.

 

 

 

 POLYTRAK® Full pour system is a high performance system designed to meet the most exacting standards of international competition to IAAF regulations. Cast in place with two layers of SBR rubber mixed with 50% elastic polyurethane flood coat and finished with a topping of coloured EPDM granules broadcast onto the polyurethane compound.
